For express deliveries, where flowers are delivered within 45 minutes, cancellations or refunds are not allowed. Due to the time-sensitive nature of this service, all sales for express deliveries are final once the order is placed.

Standard Delivery (Within 4 Hours)

For standard deliveries within 4 hours, we allow cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations can only be accepted if the request is made within 1-2 hours of placing the order.
  • Refunds: Refunds for canceled orders will be issued as store credit only. No monetary refunds will be provided. The store credit can be used for future purchases with us.
