These Terms govern Orders for Products on the Magenta website and mobile apps (iOS/Android) (collectively, the "Platforms"). If you have questions, contact Magenta before ordering. If you do not agree, do not use the Platforms.
Magenta may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice; continued use signifies acceptance of the then‑current Terms and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights prevail in case of conflict.
By setting up a Magenta Account, you confirm acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms. You must be 18 years of age or older (or legal majority) to use the Platforms and related Services.
These Terms apply across Magenta's merchandising channels, including internet, telephone, catalog, radio, television, mobile, social media, and participating retail stores.
After selecting Products, submit your Order by clicking "Checkout." Verify all details (recipient, address, phone, delivery date/time, card message, items) before submitting, as some inputs may not be editable afterward. You will receive an acknowledgment upon receipt and a confirmation when accepted. You authorize charges shown at checkout; if payment fails, your Order is not confirmed. You are responsible for accurate Order details. Magenta is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or fees arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
These Terms are governed by Oman law. Courts of Oman have exclusive jurisdiction.
All content on the Platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Magenta or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You agree not to use the Platforms for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platforms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platforms or any systems or networks connected to the Platforms.
Magenta provides the Platforms and Services "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magenta disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Magenta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platforms.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Magenta will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the specified timeframe, but shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, or recipient unavailability.
Magenta shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or governmental order, accident, fire, flood, storm, or pandemic.
